- Each individual may only create one account.
- All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, and mobile number — must be accurate and truthful.
- Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
- Viptaka reserves the right to terminate any account registered with false or inaccurate information.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
- You may not allow any third party to access or use your account.
- If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].
- Keep your account information up to date — especially your mobile number and payment details.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
General Platform Usage Rules
Viptaka users may only use the platform for personal entertainment. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. Users may not exploit any technical errors or vulnerabilities on the platform.
Strictly Prohibited Activities
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or gaming.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
- Operating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or bonuses.
- Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the platform.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the viptaka platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and games — is protected under intellectual property law. No content may be used without prior authorization.
Viptaka is not responsible for the content or policies of any external websites linked from its pages. Use of third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Terms
Deposit Policy
All transactions on viptaka are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. A minimum deposit amount applies and can be viewed in the Profile section.
Once a deposit is completed, any refund requests can only be processed through the standard withdrawal procedure. If a deposit transaction fails, it should be automatically reversed within 24 hours. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected].
Withdrawal & Bonus Terms
Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Specific wagering requirements must be met before bonus or promotional balances can be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is requested before bonus conditions are fulfilled, the bonus portion may be forfeited and only the remaining balance released. viptaka reserves the right to hold any withdrawal request if money laundering is suspected.
Account Suspension, Closure & Liability
Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure
Viptaka may temporarily or permanently suspend an account for any of the following reasons:
- For violation of these Terms & Conditions.
- If false or inaccurate information is provided at the time of registration.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- If evidence of managing multiple accounts is found.
- Due to regulatory directives or legal requirements.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
Users bear full responsibility for any financial gains or losses from betting or gaming on viptaka. viptaka is not liable for service disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, technical problems, or circumstances beyond our control.
